カナデン will make a $2 million strategic investment in RSYNQ and accelerate the rollout of Semantic Intent Protocol (SIP) in Japan. The companies will jointly advance demonstrations and commercial deployments in logistics and manufacturing robotics.
カナデン announced that it had made a $2 million strategic investment in RSYNQ. By rolling out RSYNQ's SIP in Japan, the companies plan to jointly advance demonstrations and commercial deployments in robotics and industrial automation, including logistics.
SIP is a framework that links different AI systems, robots, sensors and machines through a common middleware platform, converting the intended task into actions that each device can perform and coordinating them in real time. RSYNQ will expand its research and development and business development operations in Japan and build a local business platform.
The two companies plan to move their joint business in Japan into full-scale operations from the fourth quarter of 2026. By combining カナデン's business platform, including its factory automation systems, with RSYNQ's technology, they plan to advance technology proposals, proof-of-concept projects, system integration and commercial deployments for Japanese companies.
Rather than Magento, the aim is to enable the use of physical AI in multivendor environments, including logistics.
