Prologis will hold a completion open house for Prologis Park Koriyama 1, a newly built large-scale logistics facility at Fukushima Koriyama LL Town, an advanced logistics facility hub in Koriyama. The event will take place over 2 days, 11 and 12 November, with 4 sessions in total at 11:00 and 14:00 each day. Capacity is 30 people per session, and advance registration is required.
Prologis Park Koriyama 1 is a facility dedicated to Yamato Transport that was completed in October 2026. It is located near the Koriyama Chuo Smart Interchange and Koriyama Junction on the Tohoku Expressway. The facility is highly accessible, approximately 20 minutes by car from central Koriyama, and also offers advantages from a business continuity planning perspective, as multiple alternative routes can be secured in the event of a disaster.
On the day, in addition to an introduction to Yamato Transport's Koriyama Logistics Solution Center, there will be a live demonstration of the AutoFork Walkie automated forklift developed by Hakuoh Robotics. Applications must arrive by 17:00 on 4 November.
