TAKARA & COMPANY introduces Premium Benefits Club. The program will target shareholders who have held at least 100 shares continuously for 2 years or more, based on the shareholder registry, with the aim of strengthening dialogue with shareholders and digitizing shareholder management.
TAKARA & COMPANY will introduce the Premium Benefits Club provided by ウィルズ and establish a new shareholder benefit program. Eligible shareholders will be those recorded in the shareholder registry as of the end of November 2026 who hold at least 100 shares and have held them continuously for 2 years or more. The program combines ウィルズ' digital shareholder management platform with a points-based shareholder benefit program.
The stated purposes of the introduction are to enhance shareholder returns and stock liquidity, strengthen dialogue with shareholders, and improve efficiency through the digitization of shareholder management. The program is also intended to promote understanding of the company by utilizing the shareholder database and delivering timely IR information.
Shareholder benefit points can be used to exchange for products through the TAKARA & COMPANY Premium Benefits Club, and can also be used together with or combined with the common WILLsCoin currency. Through PORTAL, points can be exchanged for a broad range of benefits, including accommodation vouchers and luxury goods. The website is scheduled to launch in January 2027.
Points can be carried forward for up to 2 exchange periods when the same shareholder number has been recorded at least 2 consecutive times as of the end of November and the shareholder holds at least 100 shares. Carry-forward rights will be invalidated in cases such as the sale of shares, use of a securities lending service, or a change of name on the account.
TAKARA & COMPANY and ウィルズ provide services including IR support, DX for shareholder management, and sustainability disclosure. This initiative is intended to strengthen relationships with shareholders and investors.
