The seminar aims to use survey data covering approximately 10,000 people to identify the gap between the environments and systems sought by top talent and the measures actually implemented. It will provide practical tips not only for preventing attrition but also for retaining the talent indispensable to a company.
The speaker will be Shingo Iwasaki (岩崎 真吾) of the Humap Business Division, who will explain in 30 minutes the pitfalls of uniform measures across the company and the key points of initiatives that promote retention among top talent.
