YE DIGITAL has decided to open AQUA AI HUB in January 2027 as a base providing integrated support for experiencing, demonstrating and operating cutting-edge AI services. The facility will be established within the IT customer service center Smart Service AQUA, providing a comprehensive support structure that extends through on-site implementation.
The first service will be the MMDigitalFactory digital twin platform, which recreates manufacturing and logistics operations in a digital environment. It consists of three functions: Assessment, which analyzes the current state; Simulation; and Optimization, which supports on-site optimization. The Assessment function is scheduled to launch in January 2027, with the aim of supporting pre-deployment validation and decision-making on site.
AQUA AI HUB will work with the existing AQUA DataFusion operational maintenance support service to support continuous improvement by leveraging expertise in operational monitoring. Knowledge related to operations and maintenance is centrally managed on a data integration and management platform, and analysis of the accumulated data has reduced the workload involved in responding to inquiries and creating knowledge resources.
YE DIGITAL stated that, starting from this facility, it will develop an environment that integrates support for experiencing, demonstrating and operating AI services, while mutually complementing the expansion of AI services with its expertise in the manufacturing and logistics sectors, and will provide ongoing support for customers' use of AI. The company also plans to expand its services by applying advanced technologies.
