VADE HOTEL SHIBUYA, which opened in Maruyamacho, Shibuya-ku, is a 74-room apartment hotel jointly developed by JR西日本プロパティーズ and LA Holdings Co.,Ltd.'s ラ・アトレ, and operated by matsuri technologies.
The apartment hotel VADE HOTEL SHIBUYA (ヴェイド ホテル 渋谷), jointly developed in Maruyamacho, Shibuya-ku, by ラ・アトレ of LA Holdings Co.,Ltd. and JR西日本プロパティーズ, opened on 1 October 2026. It is operated by matsuri technologies and is the first facility under the brand.
The facility has seven storeys above ground and 74 rooms, all of which are apartment-style units that can accommodate 4 or more guests. Each unit includes a kitchen, washing machine and separate bathroom, and is designed to accommodate extended stays.
Smart locks and tablets for advance check-in have been introduced to reduce staffing requirements, with operations designed to be run by a small team. LA Holdings Co.,Ltd. expects profitability through growing inbound demand and flexible revisions to room rates.
LA Holdings Co.,Ltd. plans to continue developing apartment hotels, primarily in central urban areas, and in March 2026 entered into agreements to acquire development sites in Shinjuku-ku and Chuo-ku, Sapporo.
