リブ・コンサルティング reported revenue of ¥3.44 billion for the first half of 2026, up 19.5% year on year, and raised its full-year revenue forecast against a backdrop of growing AI demand.
Consolidated first-half revenue was ¥3.44 billion, up 19.5% year on year; EBITDA was ¥480 million, up 16.2%; operating profit was ¥420 million, up 15.2%; and net income was ¥270 million, up 16.9%. All four metrics were reported to have finished higher year on year.
Against a backdrop of growing AI demand, the company raised its full-year revenue forecast, while profit margins are expected to decline slightly due to the impact of group-wide investments in human resources.
In the first half, balancing revenue growth with investment in human resources was a challenge, and differences arose between the standalone and consolidated financial metrics.
Looking ahead, the company is reported to have outlined a policy of pursuing revenue and profit growth by capturing expanding demand in the AI field while accelerating hiring and investment in human resources from the second half onward.
