A campaign offering a digital ticket usable on the return train or bus for purchases of at least ¥3,000 using AEON Pay will run from 1 October to 20 December 2026. Kintetsu has newly joined, expanding the eligible facilities, and the benefit has been increased from once per month to up to 3 times.
Eligible customers are those who spend at least ¥3,000 at an AEON MALL using AEON Pay, and a digital ticket will be provided. The campaign runs from 1 October to 20 December 2026.
The campaign is being conducted by the NANKAI Group, Bemap, Nankai Electric Railway, Kintetsu Railway, Wakayama Bus, AEON MALL, AEON Financial Service and Kansai Innovation Center. Kintetsu has newly joined, expanding the eligible facilities through the addition of AEON MALL Takanohara and the inclusion of the Kada Line in the Nankai area among the eligible routes.
In this second phase, the digital ticket benefit has been expanded from the previous one-time offer to once per month, up to 3 times in total. To have a ticket issued, customers must register on the AEON Pay campaign page and complete a questionnaire. For rail travel, gates are accessed using a QR code, while bus users must present the boarding and alighting buttons.
The initiative was selected for MUIC’s challenge-solving program and is being promoted as an open innovation project aimed at creating new businesses through co-creation.
