Funai Soken Holdings has adopted WILLs’ digital shareholder management platform and will introduce a new scheme awarding shareholder benefit points to shareholders holding 400 shares or more. Shareholders will be able to choose from approximately 5,000 products on a dedicated website, and the points can be exchanged for Will sCoin.
Funai Soken Holdings will adopt WILLs’ digital shareholder management platform. The company said the adoption will digitise shareholder information, strengthen its IR activities and improve the management of its contact points with shareholders.
Under the new scheme, shareholders holding 400 shares or more will receive shareholder benefit points and will be able to choose from approximately 5,000 types of gourmet products, home appliances, experience gifts and other items through the dedicated Funai Soken Holdings Premium Benefit Club website. The points can be exchanged for the common shareholder benefit coin “WILLsCoin” and used in combination with other companies’ benefit points, for accommodation and luxury goods, and for hometown tax donations.
The company will also establish a system for distributing IR information as available and reflecting shareholder feedback through the digital platform. The shareholder-only website is scheduled to launch in mid-February 2027.
The information is described as being based on a WILLs press release on PR TIMES, which VOIX reported as a news commentary.
