Acquired the first property in Edogawa Ward, Tokyo, and began operations. The company will promote the supply of affordable housing through public offerings, with a target of supplying approximately 200 units in the future.
The fund jointly operated by Resona Group's Resona Real Estate Investment Advisory and others acquired the first rental housing property in Edogawa Ward, Tokyo, through the Tokyo public-private affordable housing supply promotion fund and began operating it on 30 September 2026. The property is intended to provide quality housing for households raising children and others, with LivEQuality Landlords and the nonprofit organization LivEQuality HUB providing tenant support.
The fund will continue acquiring properties and aims to supply approximately 200 housing units in Tokyo. It has stated a policy of providing approximately 70 of those units as affordable housing, supporting the economic independence of households raising children while enabling them to balance work and childcare.
