Off-price store LOCUST will hold the “Don't Let Rising Prices Beat You! ¥100 Festival” at all stores as a measure against rising prices. The event will run from 17 September 2026 until stocks run out, with selected clothing items offered for ¥100.
As a token of appreciation, LOCUST will sell selected clothing items for ¥100 (¥110 including tax) under the event name stated above. The event will end as soon as stocks run out, on a first-come, first-served basis, so the end date will vary depending on inventory. All LOCUST stores will participate.
The eligible products will comprise selected men's and women's apparel. Although the products and inventory available will vary by store, approximately 100 to 200 items are expected to be included at each store. Purchases will be limited to 3 items per person.
LOCUST is an off-price store that purchases surplus inventory from brands and manufacturers at low prices and sells it to customers. It offers a broad range of products, primarily clothing but also household goods, cosmetics and home appliances, and has stated that it aims to contribute to building a sustainable society.
