リソルの森株式会社 announced that it has launched “Dear Wan Owner’s Club,” a shared resort membership for “Dear Wan Spa Garden,” a private accommodation area with hot springs where guests can stay with their dogs, and that sales of the memberships will begin on 2 November 2026. As the first step, applications will be accepted for 10 memberships only, covering the premium “VILLA fourth” villa.
The membership provides co-ownership of the building, with a usage period of 20 years and 24 nights available per year. The property covered is the “VILLA fourth” type in “Dear Wan Spa Garden,” featuring approximately 70 m² of living space, an approximately 44 m² deck terrace, and a private dog run of at least approximately 170 m². The hot spring is a dark-brown sodium bicarbonate spring that rises from a depth of 600 m, and the private hot spring is available 24 hours a day.
The sales terms include 10 memberships offered at ¥13,475,000 per membership, including tax. The breakdown is ¥12,100,000 for the property, ¥1,155,000 for the membership registration fee, and ¥220,000 for the repair reserve contribution. The annual membership fee is ¥165,000 per year.
