矢作建設工業 is handling the design and construction of the new condominium “プラウド名東一社ガーデン” as a joint project in Nagoya by 野村不動産ホールディングス and 東邦ガス不動産開発.
The building will have a six-story reinforced-concrete structure and a total floor area of 4,461 m², with 46 units. Completion is scheduled for mid-October 2027, with handover scheduled for late November of the same year.
The site is 2,032 m² at 1-4-8 Takayashiro, Meito Ward. The plan includes landscaping along the roadside and around the entrance to improve the surrounding streetscape.
Residential Ene-Farm fuel-cell systems will be installed in all units, with the aim of securing electricity supplies during disasters and improving energy efficiency.
