栃木銀行 and おむすび那須 have entered into a capital and business alliance agreement to support the sustainable growth of the Nasu region through business succession. 栃木銀行 will subscribe to the third-party allotment conducted by おむすび那須, acquiring 50 common shares and bringing its voting rights ratio to 4.8%.
The alliance aims to combine 栃木銀行's long-standing trust, information and network with おむすび那須's ability to succeed to businesses itself and enhance their value on the ground, creating a system for identifying and nurturing valuable local businesses and connecting them to the next generation. The parties also indicated a policy of promoting business succession in the Nasu region as part of RX (regional transformation).
