The latest version, Ver.1.0.35, of the AI-powered 3D CAD system for plant design, “PlantStream,” has been released with the AI-powered automatic correction feature “AI Auto Fix” and the direct output feature “ACCE Export” for Aspen Capital Cost Estimator included as standard. This strengthens data integration for correcting work after automatic routing and for preliminary cost estimates.
The latest version of PlantStream, Ver.1.0.35, has been released with a new feature, “AI Auto Fix,” offered as an optional feature. AI Auto Fix analyzes, corrects, reroutes and validates errors after automatic routing in a single workflow. It addresses errors including unresolved routes, pipe creation failures and clashes, and is expected to reduce the repetitive work of checking settings and rerouting. The release also indicates that review times for automatically routed models are expected to be shortened. It also provides details on “ACCE Export,” a feature included as standard that generates input files for ACCE directly from 3D models.
ACCE Export can output Pipe and Pipe Rack data from PlantStream’s 3D layout as files compatible with ACCE. Using mapping files and ACCE templates, it reduces data transcription during the initial stage of cost estimation and helps accelerate estimation work during the FEED stage. The feature, previously offered on a trial basis, has been made a standard feature, with the aim of improving consistency in data integration between design and estimation.
