Saint-Germain will sell its limited-edition loaf “Nouveaux Wheat Riche Blanc,” made with this year’s newly harvested wheat, from 10 to 25 October. Made with 100% new wheat from Hokkaido, it offers a moist mouthfeel and the flavour of wheat.
Saint-Germain has announced that it will launch the limited-edition bread “Nouveaux Wheat Riche Blanc,” made with freshly harvested new wheat. It will be available for a limited time as a premium loaf that makes use of the new wheat’s moisture and flavour.
The product uses 100% of the Yumechikara, Kitahonami and Kitano Kaori wheat harvested in Hokkaido in July 2026. It is made using a process that brings out the freshly milled and freshly harvested flavours, as well as Riche Blanc’s distinctive richness and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
It will be sold from Saturday, 10 October 2026 through Sunday, 25 October at Saint-Germain’s brand locations: Saint-Germain, Premier Saint-Germain and Flamandole. Availability may vary by location.
