Pasona Group Inc., together with パソナマスターズ and ヘルスビット株式会社, will hold an online seminar for corporate personnel responsible for employee development and health management. The seminar is titled “Creating a Workplace Where People Can Work with Confidence as They Age: Workplace Accident Prevention Measures Required of Companies and the Latest in Health Management Using ‘Biological Age.’” It is scheduled for 27 October 2026 (Tuesday), from 13:00 to 14:00, and will be held as a webinar via Zoom. Participation is free.
The seminar will review the key points of the amendments to the Industrial Safety and Health Act that took effect on 1 April 2026 and explain the importance of workplace accident prevention measures that take into account the characteristics of older workers. It will present a practical approach developed through collaboration between パソナマスターズ, which promotes the use of mid-career and senior talent, and ヘルスビット, which visualizes disease and fall risks by calculating biological age.
Part 1 will be a keynote speech on workplace accident prevention measures for older workers and health management using personal scores. Part 2 will be a panel discussion. The speakers will be HealthBit Representative Director and CEO Hideo Hesaka (部坂 英夫) and パソナマスターズ Executive Managing Officer Motohide Ito (伊藤 元英).
