ExaWizards and TechnoPro Holdings have announced a strategic partnership. The companies will jointly develop a program to train approximately 30,000 engineers as AX talent, strengthening the capacity to implement AI in the field.
ExaWizards and TechnoPro Holdings have reached a basic agreement on a strategic partnership to develop talent capable of advancing AX (AI transformation). The companies will jointly roll out an AX talent development program and establish a framework to train approximately 30,000 engineers employed by TechnoPro into professionals equipped with AI implementation capabilities.
The program’s first phase will begin with several dozen participants, with the goal of eventually making all approximately 30,000 engineers eligible to take part. The program is expected to cover everything from the fundamentals of AI and DX to client work, AI-driven development and on-the-job training (OJT), while establishing a system to assign approximately 80% of graduates to AI development projects.
The partnership is intended to accelerate the pace of AI implementation by Japanese companies. The companies have explained that expanding the pool of talent capable of supporting business transformation through AI at the operational level could help drive changes in business processes in sectors such as manufacturing and construction, where digitalization has lagged.
