It aims to reflect the results of its research in the development of the market environment.
Katsu Eijiro (勝栄二郎), former Vice Minister of Finance, has been appointed Representative Director, while Yamaoka Hiromi (山岡浩巳), former head of the Bank of Japan's Payment and Settlement Systems Department, has been appointed Deputy Representative Director.
