戸上電機製作所 raised its interim earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 for a second time. The impact of the situation in the Middle East is expected to be less than assumed, while price revisions to reflect higher costs are expected to improve revenue and various profit measures.
戸上電機製作所 raised its earnings forecast for the interim consolidated period of the fiscal year ending March 2027 from the previously announced figures on this day. Revenue was raised from ¥14.95 billion to ¥15.15 billion, ordinary profit from ¥1.4 billion to ¥1.75 billion and net income from ¥950 million to ¥1.25 billion.
The revisions were attributed to the impact of the situation in the Middle East being less than initially assumed and the implementation of price revisions for certain products in response to higher costs. Revenue and each profit measure are consequently expected to exceed the forecasts. The full-year consolidated earnings forecast remains unchanged from the figures announced on 31 July.
President Shinichi Togami (戸上信一) announced the interim revision. The company is expected to provide any information on the timing of future disclosures and whether additional information will be issued.
