This year’s festival was positioned as part of a series of events commemorating the 70th anniversary of the university and the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, providing an opportunity to pass the faculty’s traditions on to younger generations. Many students gathered at the venue, creating a lively atmosphere around the competitions.
Events included a sack race, track and field, tug-of-war, a starch relay and a 100-meter race, with competitors demonstrating determination, agility, technique and teamwork. The spectators’ enthusiastic support further raised the energy of the competitions through cheers and applause, reflecting the youthful spirit of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
The festival is held annually to promote physical training and strengthen solidarity, creating more opportunities for students to interact beyond their academic studies and training. Through the competitions, students develop values such as teamwork, cooperation, fair play and respect for opponents, while also cultivating qualities that contribute to their future professional development.
