A passkey authentication support centre for Mitsubishi UFJ eSmart Securities has opened inside the Yamagata BPO Center in Yamagata City, with operations beginning on 2 November. Locally hired staff will handle enquiries.
ウィルオブ・ワーク has been contracted to handle enquiries regarding passkey authentication for Mitsubishi UFJ eSmart Securities and has opened a passkey authentication support centre inside the Yamagata BPO Center in Yamagata City. The opening ceremony was held on 29 October, and operations will begin on 2 November.
The centre provides registration guidance and remote support for passkey authentication as a specialist service desk. Re-registration may be required depending on the device being used, and the service will be handled by staff newly hired locally in Yamagata.
Murakami Hideo (村上 秀夫), representative director and president of ウィルオブ・ワーク, and others, together with Tobimatsu Kazuki (飛松 一樹), representative director and president of Mitsubishi UFJ eSmart Securities, and others, attended the opening ceremony. They discussed their aspirations for operating the centre going forward.
The background to establishing the centre in Yamagata City includes efforts to promote the adoption of passkey authentication and developments in official supervisory guidance. The centre is also expected to contribute to local employment.
