“Hokkaido F Village,” an initiative for co-creating businesses with startups from around the world, has been launched with the aim of enhancing Hokkaido’s appeal and solving regional challenges, using Hokkaido and Hokkaido Ballpark F Village as its bases.
The initiative is organised by Scrum Ventures and Scrum Studio, Inc. With the aim of revitalising the region and solving local challenges, it seeks to promote collaboration connecting the region with the world.
Startups from around the world were eligible to apply, and a total of 510 companies are reported to have applied.
A base within Hokkaido Ballpark F Village is expected to be used as the venue for the activities.
