Value Design Thailand provided Rider Insurance Broker, a Thai insurance broker, with a distribution API enabling customers to exchange reward points for a range of digital gifts on the company’s website.
As part of this initiative, Value Design provided Rider Insurance Broker with the distribution API from its corporate digital gift service, enabling the company to expand rewards program redemption options to digital gifts. Through the API integration, a digital gift catalog can be automatically retrieved and displayed on Rider Insurance Broker’s website, allowing customers to redeem their points smoothly. The announcement was made by Value Design, a subsidiary of Paycloud Holdings Inc.
From August 2026, Value Design Thailand will offer the distribution API and a B2B catalog as part of its corporate digital gift services, with a system in place to pursue implementation and expansion in the Thai market. The API is intended to support the digitalization of Rider Insurance Broker’s customer experience and enhance the value of its offering.
