JASP and INEEJI entered into a business partnership agreement (MOU) aimed at expanding into the Japanese market. The companies are moving forward with the rollout in Japan of INFINITE OPTIMAL SERIES, their flagship industrial AI solution, to improve productivity and energy efficiency in manufacturing operations.
JASP entered into a business partnership agreement (MOU) with Korean industrial AI company INEEJI on 29 July 2026, with the aim of expanding their business in the Japanese market. JASP will promote the sales and marketing in Japan of INEEJI’s industrial AI solutions, which use explainable AI (XAI) technology.
INEEJI’s core technology comprises AI prediction and process optimization solutions that use process data to predict the state of production processes and propose optimal conditions. The solutions place particular emphasis on explainability, enabling on-site personnel to understand the basis for the AI’s decisions.
The solutions’ track record of demonstrations and implementations in the Japanese market includes a process demonstration with 千代田鋼鉄工業 in 2024, a 4.2% improvement in energy efficiency at the reheating furnace in 中山製鋼所’s rolling process in 2025, and a 3.7% reduction in electricity consumption at 九州製鋼’s electric furnace.
In 2026, INEEJI also entered into a business partnership agreement with 中外炉工業 for the joint development of AI-integrated industrial equipment, further expanding its implementation track record in Japan’s steel industry.
