JETRO will distribute an electronic catalog for visiting buyers at the Japan Pavilion at MIHAS2026. The catalog will feature up to 15 companies, and applications close at 5 p.m. on August 24.
The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) is seeking companies to feature in an electronic catalog for visiting buyers. The catalog will be distributed at JETRO’s booth in the Japan Pavilion at MIHAS2026, one of the world’s largest halal trade fairs, held at MITEC in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Featuring products in the electronic catalog is expected to raise awareness of participating companies’ products and brands among buyers from around the world, potentially creating opportunities to connect with new business partners and customers. MIHAS has previously attracted more than 2,000 exhibitors and over 50,000 visitors, and is positioned as a platform for expanding sales channels in halal markets, including those in ASEAN.
Eligible products are agricultural, forestry and fishery products and food products that have obtained JAKIM certification. Applicants must register with Japan Street, JETRO’s online catalog for overseas buyers, provide company profiles and product information in English, and respond to inquiries during and after the trade fair. Participation is limited to 15 companies, and applications close at 5 p.m. on August 24.
Applications must be submitted via the official link. MIHAS will be held for 4 days from September 23 to 26 at MITEC in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
