INTLOOP is stepping up its expansion into food-related businesses through M&A. Its move into unrelated industries is taking concrete shape as it pursues the acquisition of a processed seafood products business and the purchase of EC and hometown tax donation businesses through 食共創パートナーズ.
INTLOOP provides management and IT consulting and workforce solutions, and has expanded its business scope through M&A. Under its medium-term management plan, the company is targeting revenue of ¥100 billion and operating profit of ¥15 billion in fiscal 2030, while pursuing growth in its existing businesses and the creation of new business areas.
In January 2025, it established 食共創パートナーズ jointly with food wholesaler 旭食品. The company has put in place a structure to support the operational improvement of food-related companies, with the aim of becoming a buyout fund specializing in the food industry. As its first transaction, it entered into an agreement to acquire all shares of 山十前川商店.
Following the acquisition of 山十前川商店, in July 2026 it entered into an agreement to acquire the EC and hometown tax donation businesses of 北国からの贈り物. This will expand its business scope from food manufacturing and wholesale into EC sales, municipalities and consumer touchpoints.
Past-period results have also remained solid. In the fiscal year ended July 2025, revenue rose to a record ¥33.551 billion and operating profit to a record ¥2.186 billion.
