MySherpa's First Stress Check has been added to the management-issue resolution menu of MSA Care Business, the corporate healthcare service provided by Mitsui Sumitomo Aioi Life Insurance. As a result, corporations and organizations using MSA Care Business with fewer than 50 employees can implement and conduct the service free of charge.
First Stress Check provides free support covering the appointment of administrators, a legally compliant web-based stress check based on the 57-item Brief Job Stress Questionnaire, notification of results, and the preparation of group analysis reports. Training content, a self-check function and an AI-powered individual consultation function are also available, along with support for 20 languages.
The revised Industrial Safety and Health Act came into force in May 2025. Workplaces with fewer than 50 employees, for which stress checks had previously been an effort-based obligation, are scheduled to become subject to a mandatory requirement from 1 April 2028. Doctors are involved in operating the service, while data is retained for 5 years and appropriately protected under the Privacy Mark framework.
