アイデムグローバル has signed a memorandum of understanding with the private Indonesian university Bakti Asih University concerning an internship program for students in medicine and health sciences. The signing ceremony was held on 1 September 2026.
Bakti Asih University is a private university located in Tangerang City, Banten Province. Centered on its Faculty of Health Sciences, it offers education in medical fields including nursing and hospital administration, as well as in information technology and business administration.
アイデムグローバル provides broad-based support for the employment of foreign nationals, from highly skilled professionals to specified skilled workers and interns. It has previously signed memoranda of understanding, primarily concerning internships, with several universities in Vietnam, with more than 200 participants to date. In Indonesia, this is its agreement with the third university, including this one.
Through this initiative, the company aims to help address the shortage of workers in Japan’s nursing care industry by matching Japanese companies with students through employment support in Japan and practical vocational education.
