KI-STAR REAL ESTATE announced plans to strengthen the renovation and resale of existing homes in Tohoku and Hokkaido. It will open a new sales office in Sendai in October to meet demand for renovations such as changes to existing-home layouts and improved insulation and energy efficiency.
The company will open stores for group company ケイアイエポックメイキング in Sapporo and Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture, establishing a system for purchasing, renovating and reselling existing homes.
The existing-home revitalization business began full-scale operations in 2025. Based on its track record in North Kanto, Kansai and Kyushu, the company will continue opening stores in Tohoku and Hokkaido, focusing on areas where demand for lower-priced homes is expected.
