Net One Systems, which has been performing well in terms of revenue, decided to integrate with SCSK. The companies are proceeding with PMI in stages, with the aim of completing the full integration in April 2027.
Net One Systems has continued to grow as an independent systems integrator with revenue of approximately ¥200–300 billion, but has announced its integration with Sumitomo Corporation-affiliated SCSK. The stated aim is to create a one-stop offering that provides both infrastructure services and application development. Through the integration, the two companies are charting a new growth strategy and moving ahead with their reorganization into a next-generation IT company. The integration process is proceeding in stages toward full integration in April 2027. The distribution business joined first in April 2026.
Several hundred people from SCSK have joined Net One Systems’ organization, underscoring the companies’ aim to integrate on an equal footing rather than having the acquired company absorbed by the acquirer. The integration team based at “netone valley,” led by Tanaka Takuya (田中 拓也), describes the integration’s true objective as a “proactive PMI strategy.”
