DyDo Group Holdings has raised its earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending January 2027. Strong overseas business and improved domestic profitability contributed to the increase in its full-year plan. Meanwhile, QD Laser has maintained its upward rebound trend, drawing attention to its outlook based on the positioning of its moving averages.
DyDo Group Holdings raised its earnings outlook for the fiscal year ending January 2027, increasing its operating profit forecast from the previous ¥10.5 billion to ¥12.3 billion. In the overseas beverage business, strong sales at its Turkish subsidiary contributed to record-high interim revenue and segment profit. The domestic beverage business is also expected to post a significant year-on-year increase in profit, supported by lower depreciation expenses associated with fewer impairment charges and steady progress in profitability improvement measures.
Meanwhile, QD Laser has continued to rebound from its 29 July low of ¥1,208, with the 200-day moving average functioning as support. The stock recently broke above its 75-day moving average, raising the possibility that the moving average could turn into a support level.
Technically, after passing through the Ichimoku cloud twist, the stock is now testing the lower edge of the cloud, and a move to test the upper edge around ¥2,580 is anticipated. The lagging span has generated an upside signal, and the stock may enter a phase in which its short-term rebound high of ¥3,530 comes within range.
The outlook for both stocks may change depending on future disclosures and market conditions, making it important to review the latest disclosed information.
