Effective 1 September 2026, MAX PRODUCE transitioned to a new management structure, with Miyata Kozo (宮田孝三) assuming office as Director and Executive Vice President, Maeda Kenji (前田健次) as Executive Officer and Head of the Business Operations Headquarters, and Hayashi Daiki (林大樹) as Executive Officer and Head of the Corporate Administration Headquarters. The purpose of the new structure is to embed the new Mission, “Transcending Everything That Separates Us,” in the company’s management decision-making structure.
The organization was reorganized into a two-headquarters structure comprising the Business Operations Headquarters and the Corporate Administration Headquarters, with a newly established Co-X Strategy Office positioned above them. As a result, oversight of each area of responsibility and integration with the Strategy Office will be advanced.
As part of this initiative, MAX PRODUCE has stated its policy of moving away from its traditional order-taking model and advancing deeper client relationships, strategic sales, and the breakdown and visualization of numerical accountability. Initiatives planned for the next year include quality standardization, marketing renewal, LTV maximization, and the promotion of consultative sales.
Comments from the company’s representative emphasize changes to the decision-making structure and a stronger role for personnel in realizing the Mission, indicating the company’s intention to continue embedding it in both philosophy and execution.
Planned future announcements include information releases on 9 September, 24 September, and 29 September, with the implementation plan for the Mission, Vision, and Value expected to be disclosed in stages.
