Participating merchants in September 2026 include 7-Eleven (limited to the 7-Eleven app), Joymart, Belc, and Ministop (limited to payments through the Ministop app), as well as ebookjapan and Yahoo! Shopping. Eligible days and points rates vary by merchant.

From Monday, 5 October, coupons will be issued for SoftBank smartphone users that return PayPay Points when they pay with PayPay for selected products. The eligible products are FALTEA, the Clear Turn Illustrator series, and the Urumina Plus series.
