Angelus Japan implemented the cloud ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, enabling real-time visualization of cost of sales. The system supports both rapid, data-driven management decisions and regulatory compliance.
Angelus Japan implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as an integrated cloud ERP for small and medium-sized businesses. The company faced challenges including insufficient integration between its accounting and sales systems and the need to monitor costs in real time amid transactions in multiple currencies. The implementation optimized complex cost-accounting logic, enabling accurate cost management and profit analysis.
Following implementation, integration with Power BI made profit, inventory and regional market share visible, increasing the speed of management decision-making, while automation reduced the operational workload. Procurement decisions are being shifted toward rules based on historical data, reducing lead-time losses caused by delayed orders.
Looking ahead, Angelus Japan is considering advancing quality management and expanding its service offerings by leveraging accumulated data. It is also exploring new business models, including the use of a service management module for its repair business and support for subscription-based businesses.
