NEC has newly established and renovated “Blue Stella Studio,” a customer visitor facility on the first floor of its head office in central Tokyo, where it displays AI-related technologies and has sales representatives accompany customer visits to identify management issues and propose solutions.
NEC opened “Blue Stella Studio,” a customer visitor facility on the first floor of its head office in Minato-ku, Tokyo, and operates it for corporate customers by appointment only.
The facility displays approximately 8 types of NEC technology, including AI, cybersecurity and facial recognition. The technologies introduced are changed according to the issues faced by each customer.
The facility has been redesigned to hold workshops with sales and consulting representatives, identify management issues on the spot and propose solutions.
Previously, the facility focused primarily on introducing technologies. Following the renovation, sales representatives accompany customers, allowing both processes to proceed in parallel and making it easier to develop solution proposals.
An exhibition area for government-related personnel and overseas customers is scheduled to open in April 2027.
