LIFULL entered into a comprehensive partnership agreement with Otofuke Town, Hokkaido, on regional revitalization on 15 October 2026. The agreement aims to support the sustainable development of Otofuke Town in multiple ways, including promoting migration and settlement, putting vacant homes to practical use, developing talent to address local issues, and supporting employment for households raising children.
In connection with the agreement, LIFULL donated 10 Instant Rooms through the corporate hometown tax donation program. The rooms help ensure privacy for people requiring special consideration at evacuation shelters during disasters. Instant Rooms are modular private rooms made of cardboard. They can reportedly be assembled in approximately 15 minutes by 2 adults.
