[Transaction] 1,300 m² hotel development site secured in Sapporo by 丸紅都市開発 and others

Marubeni Toshi Kaihatsu, a subsidiary of 第一ライフ丸紅リアルエステート, and HASEKO Corporation acquired 1,347 m² of land in Chuo Ward, Sapporo. The land is believed to have been acquired for use as a hotel site.

The acquisition was carried out as part of the real estate business handled and developed by the two companies, and covers 1,347 square metres. The article does not provide details of any future development plans or their progress.
