The autumn national decorations were announced, with a total of 77 recipients in Shizuoka Prefecture. The prefecture’s recipients include 27 for the Order of the Rising Sun and 50 for the Order of the Sacred Treasure, as well as recipients in other categories.
The 2 recipients of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon are Yasutake Nobuo (安竹 信男) (80) and Iimura Yukio (飯村 幸生) (70). Yasutake is a former Shizuoka City assembly member, while Iimura is a former Representative Director and Chairman of Shibaura Machine.
There are 50 recipients of the Order of the Sacred Treasure. Yumino Kenichi (弓野 憲一) (81), professor emeritus at Shizuoka University, receives the Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon.
The presentation ceremony is scheduled to be held at the prefectural government office on the 4th.
