アルフレッサHD and セイコーソリューションズ, a member of the セイコー group, reached a basic agreement on collaboration in healthcare digital transformation. The two companies will consider jointly rolling out the COMPACT IN electronic consent service for healthcare institutions.
COMPACT IN digitizes consent procedures for surgeries, examinations and treatments. Its functions include obtaining consent for multiple consent forms in a single process, remote consent without face-to-face contact, electronic signatures and timestamping.
アルフレッサ will handle sales support for healthcare institutions, accept applications and act as an intermediary, while セイコーソリューションズ will handle detailed service explanations, contracts and support. The companies will also consider developing new services based on needs at healthcare sites.
The two companies share the goal of promoting DX to help address challenges in healthcare settings and will work out details such as the timing of implementation while monitoring market and regulatory developments.
