Accrete Inc.’s results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2026 showed revenue of ¥2.167 billion, up 10.5% year on year. However, operating income was ¥82 million, down 24.1%, and ordinary income was also ¥82 million, down 27.7%. Domestic SMS services performed well, but lower overseas SMS revenue and delays in launching a subsidiary weighed on profits.
The report also included an investment-related note, stating that the next earnings announcement is scheduled for around mid-November 2026. The after-hours PTS price has been moving in the ¥700 range, representing a decline of around 1.27% from the TSE closing price.
Factors cited as likely to affect future performance included the resilience of domestic SMS services, expanding sales related to GPU servers, declining overseas SMS revenue and increased borrowings. Future performance checkpoints included growth in the investment and incubation businesses, expansion of AI-related operations and the development of CPaaS into a multichannel offering.
