Mitsui Fudosan Group has announced a policy to integrate its property management operations by absorbing 三井不動産ビルマネジメント and NBFオフィスマネジメント. The effective date is scheduled for 1 January 2027.
Mitsui Fudosan Co.,Ltd. has decided to absorb MFBM and NBFOM, both within the group, to establish an integrated operating structure for the property management of the group’s office assets. The effective date is set for 1 January 2027, with MFBM as the surviving company and NBFOM dissolved.
Following the integration, MFBM will inherit the operational quality and relationships of trust built by NBFOM. A structure will also be established to ensure the separation of decision-making and strict information segregation, while integrating the group’s property management personnel and expertise to maintain and enhance tenant services and asset value. For existing projects in which NBFOM has handled some of the work, Mitsui Fudosan Co.,Ltd. will continue to provide office management services and is scheduled to subcontract some of them to MFBM.
The integration is intended to consolidate resources within the group and strengthen its advanced expertise and ability to execute swiftly in response to intensifying competition in the office market, personnel shortages and rising costs. The expected objectives and benefits include maintaining and enhancing operating and management quality and increasing asset value over the medium to long term.
Mitsui Fudosan Group said that, through the new structure following the integration, it aims to strengthen its property management operations and improve service quality for tenant companies, owners and investors.
The post-integration corporate name will be “三井不動産ビルマネジメント株式会社”, and its head office is scheduled to be located in Mitsui Building No. 2 in Nihombashi Muromachi.
Mitsui Fudosan Co.,Ltd. will hold 100% of the shares, and capital will be ¥490 million.
