The report's overview develops a value-creation story based on the medium-term management vision theme, "an all-round growth strategy for becoming a leading company driven by business-format development." It explains, together with KPIs, the growth strategy centred on the company's strengths in business-format development and human-resource empowerment, as well as its sustainability management strategy, financial strategy and materiality initiatives.
