RIKAI株式会社 and エクストリームーD株式会社 entered into a business partnership agreement on 14 July 2026. The companies aim to strengthen technical collaboration in the AI, HPC and cloud fields and improve the quality and added value of the solutions they provide to customers.
As background to the partnership, エクストリームーD株式会社 is deploying advanced technologies in the AI, HPC and cloud fields and supporting the advancement of digital transformation in Japan. RIKAI株式会社, meanwhile, provides AI and digital transformation support and cloud development services through a global development structure centered on Japan and Vietnam. Having built a relationship of trust through their collaboration to date, the companies entered into the agreement to leverage each other's technical capabilities and expertise.
The business partnership covers design, development, testing, maintenance and operations support related to AI, HPC and cloud technologies; technical consulting and problem-solving support; development and technical support provided by highly skilled IT personnel, including secondments; and joint consideration of new technologies and services.
Going forward, RIKAI株式会社 aims to strengthen its technical capabilities and development expertise in the AI, HPC and cloud fields and expand the range of solutions it provides. It also aims to enhance its ability to respond to emerging technology areas, including generative AI, and provide stronger support for companies' digital transformation initiatives.
In comments from the companies' representatives, RIKAI株式会社 President Doan Hai Van (ドアン・ハイ・バン) and エクストリームーD株式会社 CEO and CTO Shibata Naoki (柴田直樹) each emphasized deepening the collaboration by combining their technical capabilities and securing a stable supply of human resources.
