Pre-agency HiRAO INC has entered into a capital and business alliance with クラム. The companies will combine their respective areas of expertise to pursue new business creation and other initiatives, and will establish the South Korean entity HiRAO INC KOREA (provisional name).
HiRAO INC announced that it had entered into a capital and business alliance with クラム and would collaborate in 4 areas: entertainment, IP and brand development, new businesses and global business. HiRAO INC aims to create new businesses by drawing on its editorial capabilities and network and combining the companies’ capital, management and business development capabilities.
Established in 2022, クラム is an organization engaged in business investment, real estate, hospitality, public relations and acceleration, among other areas. The companies will strengthen their cooperation in IP and brand development, entertainment and global business by combining their respective fields. Their track record in operating food and beverage businesses and spatial planning in the Nihombashi area also provides a foundation for the partnership.
In entertainment, the companies will continue the agency business for South Korean actor Jung Il-woo in Japan and plan to expand contracts with artists in Japan and overseas, primarily in Japan and South Korea. The South Korean entity is intended to establish a cross-border business platform based in Japan and South Korea.
The companies announced the establishment of HiRAO INC KOREA (provisional name) and are considering business development with a view to future cooperation with markets in Europe, the United States and the Middle East. HiRAO INC’s representative expects the combination of the companies’ respective strengths to lead to the creation of new businesses.
