株式会社サマーウインド has launched an AI implementation support service for businesses. Using a structure in which AI agents autonomously operate its 4 companies, it proposes a model in which customers’ operations are run by AI.
株式会社サマーウインド announced on its corporate website that it had launched an AI implementation support service for businesses. Since its founding in 2003, the company has focused primarily on online sales and is now proposing to apply its company-wide AI-enabled operating model to customers.
Multiple AI agents autonomously operate the 4 companies run by 株式会社サマーウインド, and the company will apply that structure directly to customer businesses. The work handled by the AI agents is said to cover nearly every area, including sales, administration, recruitment, public relations and management.
In practical terms, the service is designed so that employees do not need special training and can use it through simple button operations. Implementation takes between 2 weeks and 1 month. After implementation, operations and improvements are provided under a monthly advisory retainer.
The service targets companies with approximately 10–30 employees. It begins by reviewing their operations and separating processes to be assigned to AI from those requiring human judgment. With cumulative sales exceeding ¥8 billion and multiple published books, the company says it will provide support based on its practical experience.
