The SPK announced new regulations allowing investors in funds under liquidation to receive ara ödeme of up to TL 1,000,000 without waiting for the liquidation to be completed. Different treatment will apply to investors with net investments below and at or above TL 1,000,000.
The SPK decided to introduce ara ödeme, allowing investors in funds under liquidation to receive a specified amount of money without waiting for the final liquidation settlement. Based on the net investment amount, investors with less than TL 1 million will receive the full amount, while investors with TL 1 million or more will receive up to TL 1 million. These payments will be deducted from the final liquidation payment, and no additional cash payment will be made.
Liquidation will be prioritized for money market funds, followed by other funds based on portfolio liquidity and market conditions. Investors' fund participation units will be returned at the time of the final liquidation payments.
The new criteria will also apply to the liquidation of A1 Capital, Bulls and Pardus, with the aforementioned money market funds receiving priority. Some funds that have not been liquidated may resume operations if the conditions are met. If operations resume, all sales channels are expected to be disclosed simultaneously.
