シークス announced cumulative third-quarter consolidated ordinary profit of ¥9.6 billion for the January-September period on 6 November, up 38.9% year on year. Progress against the full-year plan reached 83.5%, exceeding the five-year average.
Consolidated ordinary profit for the July-September period was ¥3.19 billion, up 48.5% year on year. The operating profit margin on net sales improved from 2.8% to 4.0%.
Consolidated ordinary profit for the October-December period (fourth quarter) is expected to be ¥1.89 billion, an estimated decline of 18.2% year on year.
