An AI workshop was held to promote company-wide AI adoption at リョーサン菱洋株式会社. Approximately 30 people participated, generating 8 ideas for using AI and establishing a common language. Building on this initiative, the company plans to advance the adoption of generative AI and agentic AI.
To promote company-wide AI adoption, リョーサン菱洋株式会社 arranged for 株式会社セラクCCC to provide an AI workshop. Approximately 30 people participated in the workshop, which covered everything from organizing operational challenges and examining AI use cases to developing specific ideas for applying AI.
As a result, 8 representative AI use cases were developed for consideration of implementation, and a common language was established for operational and systems departments to discuss the use of AI. This helped advance the creation of an organizational foundation for promoting AI adoption.
Going forward, リョーサン菱洋株式会社 has indicated that it intends to promote the use of agentic AI as well as generative AI. The company is expected to advance company-wide AI adoption and employee development, rather than limiting the ideas generated through this initiative to proof-of-concept projects.
