MITホールディングス lowered its full-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending November 2026, but expects third-quarter operating profit to increase year on year and will maintain its shareholder returns policy of an ordinary dividend of ¥30 per share. The company also launched a new service, “Smartphone de Bulletin Board.”
In its third-quarter results, revenue was ¥3,706 million, gross profit was ¥85 million, operating profit was ¥167 million, ordinary profit was ¥167 million, and net income was ¥97 million. All of these figures declined year on year. Revenue from DX solutions increased slightly, and profitability in the DX-related business continued to improve.
By service, system integration generated ¥3,154 million in revenue and DX solutions generated ¥551 million. Although overall profit was below the year-earlier level, the gross profit margin exceeded that of the same period a year earlier, supported by higher engineer billing rates and growth in recurring revenue. Operating profit for the cumulative third quarter increased from the previous quarter.
The full-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending November 2026 was revised downward to revenue of ¥4,956 million, operating profit of ¥196 million, and ordinary profit of ¥194 million. However, operating profit is expected to increase year on year, and the ordinary dividend of ¥30 per share under the company’s dividend policy remains unchanged.
As a business highlight, the company launched “Smartphone de Bulletin Board,” a cloud-based digital bulletin board service provided by エーピーエス. The service supports multiple languages and push notifications, enabling information sharing via smartphones and large displays.
